What happens during the handover process?
The official handover period is a crucial stage of your car leasing journey.
You should also ensure you give the car a thorough inspection. We’re confident the car will arrive in fantastic condition, but if any scuffs or marks go unnoticed at this stage, you might be liable for the damage at a later date.
If your vehicle does arrive in a condition you are not happy with, ensure this is noted on your handover documentation. We will then be notified of this and can ensure a resolution is met with the delivering dealership on your behalf.
