Good and easy process with Carparison
It was a smooth process with Carparison, with good information flow during the selection and contract signing process. The perhaps "missing" part was that once the contract was signed and the process continued to the dealer providing the car, the updates and information ended, with no updates on expected delivery dates or the posterior confirmation. I did call Carparison a couple of times, but as this was outside their system, they had no updates to provide. This is, possibly, the part of the process to improve, as it is always useful to know, in advance, the expected delivery date.

I am sorry to hear that your personal journey had "missing parts", I have looked at your journey and can see that a delivery was offered on the 29th December for an early date in January that wasn't accepted as a later date was preferable. You are correct though when a car is between dealer and logistics agent or having its PDI we do not have sight of its progress and rely on information relayed to us, we are working on sharpening our processes and all feedback helps, so we are grateful for the time you have taken to leave yours. Feedback on My Vehicle Order Experience with Caparison.
My experience with Caparison has been a mix of strong initial service and significant operational challenges, culminating in a delivery that was rescued by individual effort. The sales process to place the order was very positive. However, significant issues began immediately after. The vehicle was promised as ex-stock, but the process quickly encountered delays. Despite an email on December 9th confirming the order was proceeding with a promised 2025 delivery, communication broke down. Multiple calls for updates yielded little information, until a random email stated the vehicle would not, in fact, arrive in 2025. Promises that logistics would contact me were not kept, and my follow-up emails went unanswered. The administration phase was equally frustrating. It required a director’s extensive involvement over a full afternoon to resolve issues uploading my driving license and passport due to software problems on Caparison’s end. This further pushed the delivery into 2026. The logistics communication was contradictory and confusing. I received a call with a registration number and a new delivery date of January 19th, 2026, only to later receive an email placing the order "on hold." The redeeming factor in this process was the final intervention by Steve Bridges. His direct involvement and ownership of the issue were the only reasons the delivery proceeded. He successfully secured a final delivery date of January 21st. Overall, the experience felt disjointed, as if the left hand did not know what the right hand was doing. The lack of proactive, clear, and consistent communication was the most significant failing. Were it not for the appeal of the Polestar 4 and the specific package offered, I would have cancelled my order and returned to my previous brand. I hope this feedback is useful for improving processes for future customers.

We have spoken to your vehicles chosen logistics agent and the brand and are continuing to hold talks to understand how they can do things better and offer clearer lines of communication, so that we can offer tangible information to our customers to allow us to make the journey seamless to your driveway. Once again please accept both mine and Carparison’s apologies for your journey on this occasion, rest assured, we will learn, improve and tighten our processes with our dealer partners and their agents. Dirty car no opportunity to leave feedback.
Once i rang up to follow up on things staff were very helpful but i feel that there should have been more communication as to progress of the order. The handover was awful. The car arrived dirty and when i asked for it to be cleaned the driver went off and came back a few mins later saying he had spoken to his manager and been told to tell me to take it or reject it!!! There was also no opportunity to note this on the delivery tablet.

We acknowledge that during the vehicle preparation stage with the supplying dealer, there may be periods where communication appears to reduce and correspondence becomes less frequent. Nevertheless, we are pleased that we were able to address your concerns when required. Leasing made easy
I was worried about moving from ownership to leasing. I was guided through the process by the Carparison staff who organised my new lease and kept me informed every step of the way. My new Polestar 4, was delivered 2 days ago,, Only 4 weeks since I began the process

Good service
Your service was good. But the only thing which bothered me was the arrangement fee which you took from me to proceed further. You already get brokerage from the funder/sponsor which they recover your brokerage from me during the contract. I think you should reconsider your arrangement fee because it puts extra burden on our pocket.
Thank you for your 4* feedback George. The arrangement fee that we request is to allow the multiple teams to work in the background facilitating your perfect car for an amazing monthly price. The funder commissions paid to ourselves is a separate entity. We pride ourselves on transparency and have always been ahead of the new market normal by disclosing anything about monies upfront, it is not our intention to cause hardship or extra burden to anyone's pocket and should you not have wanted to pay these monies, had you of mentioned to your sales consultant we could of either, cancelled the transaction or discussed the reasons prior to payment. Order to delivery was a breeze!
I really liked the warm and friendly communication down the phone from the Carparison team members from start to finish. Marcus in Sales, Lauren, and Sophie? in Customer Service were all great to talk to and really helpful as and when I needed information or reassurance. I thought the process was clear and easy to follow all the way through, online and with all the emails etc. I was however led to believe it would be a 3 week delivery schedule as stated on the website, and by the team members. Maybe because of the Christmas period, plus some logistical challenges from Polestar relocating the fleet, it turned out to be over 4 weeks in the end which was a shame after all the efforts I made to communicate my needs and make good on your promises. But that was the only criticism I had with the whole 'jouney' from ordering to delivery day so thanks very much.
