Good Service with a Slight Delivery Delay
The service was satisfactory overall. The vehicle delivery was initially planned for the end of the year, but due to high transportation demand, it was delayed by approximately two weeks.

Very good service. Everyone really helpful and the process is easy. Kira and Simon were very helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Honestly it's a nightmare to deal with car sales people but Carparison are very helpful.

Very disappointed with the range on my new electric MG
Firstly, the car that I originally ordered was changed to a different car when the order form came through. The experience I have had post-delivery has not been good. My main issue is the fact that the car's battery range is advertised as 298 miles, however, on the first full charge I did, the maximum range is 200. I appreciate that batteries are not as efficient in the winter, however, 98 miles lost on a full charge !! I raised this as an issue with the dealership and Carparison, however, I have still not had a satisfactory answer. I just need to know where, on the car console can I check the model and battery size. I have now had to go to MG customer services direct to try and get an answer.
Good prices, moderate service
I like Carparison and I'd consider myself pleased with the service. However, here's some details on what went well and what I think could be improved. - Ben Tanner, the sales person I deal with, is a good sales person. I effectively buy cars on price. He leads with what's the best deal for me and doesn't waste time trying to 'build value' or whatever else. In this respect, he outshines most car sales people. - The finance agreement stage is a bit slow and clunky without much visibility into timelines, next steps, etc. - The delivery is always a bit ****. I waited quite a while after signing. The delivery driver turned up to the incorrect address and only provided a days notice. This is probably out of your control as a broker but perhaps a better hand-shake between parties could be implemented

I am glad to see that you thought Ben looked after your enquiry positively and understood your personal buying process. We take your comments around delivery and will certainly reach out to our dealer partners so that they can sharpen their delivery processes with their chosen agent, Unfortunately funders have got tighter over the years with their processes which can sometimes feel clunky and slower whilst they perform their diligent checks to offer the tightest of security on your personal information, but we do understand this can seem time consuming on a digital journey. We look forward to speaking with you in a few years when its time to change your current model , when we can hopefully show, we do listen & learn.
