Lease car experience with Corparison.

Carparison staff provided excellent support for a private customer
The Carparison staff were all very helpful throughout a process that was complex for a private customer. That said it was apparent throughout that the process was designed to fit the needs of commercial customers making it quite complex for an individual.
Thank you for your 4 * feedback. Firstly I'm glad to see that you felt that the team were helpful through your leasing journey. Online leasing can seem sometimes like there is a lot of digital forms to sign and ID required, our Funder partners have tightened their security to protect the individuals and also legislations tightened again to protect both individuals and the companies offering the lease cars. Great service but let down by polestar who failed to deliver the car and still waiting

Good service before, during and after. Top Marks.
I was dubious initially as I found a couple of negative reviews, but I later learned that was down to failed credit checks and user disgruntlement. In my case, the support before, during and after has been excellent. Martyna helped me with quotes and placing an order and subsequently supporting a delivery problem from manufacturer. At all times, prompt, professional and supportive. I would 100% recommend Carparison.

service overall very good, delayed delivery but out of Carparison's control and their customer service was very good in this regard.
