Brilliant experience from start to finish
Hard to fault anything about dealing with Carparison. From the initial quote all the way through to resolving a minor issue at the dealer end after the vehicle was delivered, the experience has been excellent and completely painless. Many thanks to Kira, Courtney and Jasmine - they were all universally friendly, responsiveness and efficient all the way through the process.

The service was excellent. I received a call the day before telling me the time within the hour that the car would be delivered. Jane arrived on time with the car in perfect condition. Jane was friendly, polite, professional and informative about the car when asked questions. Great service - thank you!!!

Excellent but process different from stated
Excellent, albeit not quite followed the sequence outlined - for example the day before delivery I was sent an email saying that I would need to fill out delivery paperwork at the point of delivery - on the day - no paperwork! Asked a question but told it would come digitally some time later. All a bit confusing However, very pleased with the service and the car

An easy leasing experience
Service was excellent, communication was good, though some of the paperwork did go straight into my "junk" folder so without your follow-up email I would have missed it. No complaints from me, would happily work with you again.

Excellent from my first enquiry to delivery of the car. First rate comunication, staff answered all questions immediately about the process and paperwork. From initial call to delivery was 3 weeks.

Quick, Easy and Smootj
The process of buying this car was as smooth as butter. From the moment I made my enquiry they were very helpful and informative about everything including what would need to be done before I can get the delivery of the car and in the end managed to get it all sorted before Xmas. I am enjoying my new car and would recommend to anyone else that is looking to lease a car.

Really nice car. Good start to my experience but dragged out
Car took longer than I was told, the reg changed so appreciate that was more of a garage issue. I now have the car which I love but no idea what to do if I breakdown, or have any issues with the car. I don’t have access to any of my documents. I did ring to ask but they said just Google Jaecoo which isn’t very helpful

Should you require roadside assistance you will need to call to call or email as below Jaecoo's chosen agent. You can get help by calling 0330 159 0221 or reporting a breakdown at rac.co.uk/reportbreakdown. I have also taken the liberty of emailing the link to their policy and other useful links.
