Poor Customer Service
I've had more personal interaction when ordering with Amazon! Car delayed by 3 months, despite being a stock car and at no point, did I have a call from their Customer Experience Team. Constantly chasing for updates, eventually after reverting to Volkswagen Customer Services
Thank you for your 2* feedback, I am sorry to see that you felt you were not kept informed along your journey. I have reviewed your journey with us, I can see that the vehicle you ordered unfortunately had a main dealer recall due to airbags with no ETA just after point of order. I observed you were called to advise of the recall as soon as we were informed and there were a few calls exchanged and emails between yourself and Chris, However I do appreciate, more outbound calls could have been made to you with updates (even though we weren't offered many by your supplying dealer, despite our chases as the manufacturer at the time was not very forthcoming) At Carparison we do listen to all feedback and learn from this. We wish you many happy miles in your new vehicle

The lease was arranged swiftly and any questions were answered immediately. Staff were always available to speak to personally and supported through the whole process. Car delivery was also well organised with strong communication.

Amazing service from Carparison

Exceeded expectations
Exemplary and hassle free. From my initial website enquiry, through my calls with Emma - and then the finalisation with Courtney, the process was easy and problem free. The team were knowledgable, always available to help and my questions were never seemingly a problem. As someone who has leased cars for many, many years, this was by far the best experience I've had. Highly recommended.
