First time leaser - impressed.
It was my first time leasing a car, so I was a little apprehensive. Carparison offered an excellent service from start to finsih, they responded quickly to my questions and explained the whole process step by step. Very impressed with both the price and the service provided.

Overall good
Overall very good. Two points for review and improval. 1. Had several late requests to sign documents which could have been done earlier in the process. 2. Delivery driver knew absolutely nothing about the car. Was not able to tell me how to change the settings from kilometres to miles. Why deliver in uk set to kilometres? Was not able to explain any of the buttons
Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback, I'm sorry to hear about the paperwork and delivery experience. The drivers the supplying dealership use are not representatives of the brand, so they're not trained in the vehicles they deliver. I appreciate that this is frustrating, however this is typical for lease deals as the discounts differ between fleet and retail vehicles, and unfortunately with fleet, you don't get showroom handover experience. If you have any queries, your local dealer will be able to help with the vehicle controls.
