Excellent service and relatively easy process.
The whole process was explained well and ran smoothly. My only comment is some of the forms need adapting further for electronic signature. Some were obviously developed for manual signature and led to confusion over how and where to sign. Older customers like myself are not particularly experienced in completing online documents and require clear, unambiguous messaging. Overall however, a very good service with excellent staff.

The process was relatively simple and the staff pleasant The loss of star was due to the slower than expected delivery of the vehicle and the vehicle being a bit mucky (for a brand new car) when it arrived.

We are always sad :-( to lose a star through matters out of our control, we do have high standards here ourselves and are constantly reviewing processes to allow a great journey for the end user, we will definitely feed this back to your supplying dealer and their logistics team.

I can't be more pleased with the service I received from Carparison, never ever having leased a car before I hadn't really too much of an idea of what to do but their staff kept me updated and answered any questions, however stupid, I had for which I am very grateful and would like to thank them.

car was delivered with under pressure tyres warning signal. also charging lead was faulty and damaged my unit which cost £42 plus labour and vat to replacr
