The staff were very friendly, communicated well and put very little pressure on you. They were always available to take a call and let you know at every stage what was going on.

Exceeded expectations
Exemplary and hassle free. From my initial website enquiry, through my calls with Emma - and then the finalisation with Courtney, the process was easy and problem free. The team were knowledgable, always available to help and my questions were never seemingly a problem. As someone who has leased cars for many, many years, this was by far the best experience I've had. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. Lauren was great. She kept me informed and also met my initial requirements. Not so much of a sales pitch which was refreshing. Also very helpful team when I call for any enquiries with no delays in call waiting and usual multiple departments etc! Thank you.

Poor service, saved by a good car

Thank you for your 1* feedback Christopher. I have taken the time to fully review your journey. I am very sorry to see that you felt the communication was poor. I have observed in my review that you missed your first colour choice whilst the proposal was with underwriting and then when enquiring on a different model you were told that the car was available you wanted, to be told 72 hours later it wasn't, I understand how frustrating this can be and can only apologise. I also noted that you were not happy having to pay an amendment fee when you chose to change your order. Unfortunately this will always be chargeable as many teams are involved in an end users journey and essentially when an order is changed the process starts again. At Carparison we strive for the perfect customer journey and i'm sorry on this occasion we have not been able to impart our exacting high standards that so many are used to. We will take the less perfect elements of your journey and work on these to allow us to grow and learn to be even more efficient as a team and company. We hope you will love your new car as much as we do.

Good company
Very good service up to the point of delivery. When the car arrived it was dirty and there was no handover explaining the features of the car etc.
Thank you for your 3* feedback. I am sorry to hear that your new vehicle turned up dirty. I have checked your delivery information and can see the car was signed for to say it was in a clean condition, if this is not the case please get in touch with the team and we will ask your supplying dealer to investigate the delivery information recorded with their logistics agent. The delivery agents are expected to offer a basic vehicle instruction handover, unfortunately they will be multi brand drivers with no extensive knowledge of particular vehicles. if you would like us to try and achieve you a full explanation of the cars workings, again please reach out and we will ask you local Retail site if they are able to help.
very disappointe with the process not catering for equality to all
absolute knight mare from start to finish, I am still signing online 5 days after purchasing the car, I am not a computer user and asked for paper copies of all documents and was refused stating the finance company did not issue paper documents, but can I remind you of equal rights and equality regulations which state all capabilities should be catered for.

Overall pleased I did feel at the start that I was chasing you guys for a response which I was just thinking why the admin fee when I was doing wat all the work chasing things up but in the end like I say overall I was pleased and the price was right which got me to car capparison in the first place
