Deal of the year! Great experience with Caparison
Ordered a Polestar 4 through a business lease at the best price, no other leasing deals came close. I’ve been leasing cars privately and through my company for over 15 years, and the process with Caparison was smooth and straightforward. The price was a no-brainer (definitely deal of the year). Very happy with everything and would use them again.

Great service before and after
First class service and good communication throughout the process. The vehicle arrived in good time and was delivered to my home address within the time period agreed. I also had a courtesy calll from the dealership asking if everything was ok.

ALD car finance terrible phone access
The telephone access to the finance company ALD is terrible and very frustrating. Carparison by contrast are very responsive and always available

Great efficient service
The service was great at the start - a call on a Sunday to follow up my quote, all very quick and efficient until after I had paid the deposit. After then I had chased the delivery date twice which was a little frustrating however was told it was down to it being Sep and the new registration.
We appreciate everyone that takes time to leave feedback., so thank you for your 4* feedback. I have looked back through your journey and can see that after you signed finance docs there was a quiet period, where it may of seemed we had not been working on your behalf as we were not communicating with you as much. I can also appreciate your emails that we received to check on delivery dates that you sent were answered, however you should not have had to chase. We are looking at making our journeys even more informative, even in those periods of quiet , where we are working with your supplying dealer and funder to get you new car ready. We learn from all journeys and will actively take your comments on board. We hope you enjoy your new car, you certainly picked a lovely model :-)

Good communication and personal touch gave the experience a good rating. The only downside was once I was on board the communication was not so good so tighten up on after-sales is what I would say.

With digital journeys it can seem that verbal communication drops off after order is placed as you start to receive more emails, as the order progresses between funder and your supplying dealer. the Carparison team are always ready to take your call if you need some assistance. Friendly and very helpful staff.
The service I received was excellent from start to delivery of the Juke. The only problem I found was being of an older generation the order and finance involved using on line and mobile phone services some of which I found difficult.

I am sorry to hear you found some of the digital processes difficult, as funders tighten up on security the processes can be sometimes a little complicated, we try to make our digital journey as easy as possible but do appreciate this can be a learning curve for some, rest assured the Carparison team are always on hand to offer advice, even after delivery. I hope you really enjoy your new car and wish you many happy miles in it
