Swift follow up, accurate information with no hidden surprises. Would have liked a little earlier final confirmation of delivery and what to expect. This came through early evening on the night before delivery and I could easily have not read it in time.

Great price and complete professionalism to go with it
Having grown used to charges being tacked onto the end of things, it was really, really nice to find someone whose charges were declared up front, and who cost me LESS than I was expecting to pay. I found them both friendly and professional, they found a better deal on the car I wanted than anyone else (with a reputable lease company) and the whole process perfectly.

Speedy customer service and regular updates throughout ordering and arranging delivery of my car. Excellent price too.Delivery not so good. Car was delivered and the guy was in a rush. Giving me the keys with no support with the vehicle or idea of even where parts etc were. I looked around the car but was asked to sign immediately so he could get the next train!
