After telling the member of staff that the delivery address was incorrect, and changing plus confirming in writing they still tried to deliver incorrect address.

Overall good service, but long lead times lead to no contact.
Sales service was great, the intial booking for delivery was good, after that I did feel a little bit detached from Carparison With the exception of 2 generic emails about delivery there was zero contact The delivery of the car was great.
Thank you very much for sending in your feedback, and for your four stars. I am also sorry that you felt detached from us in the lead up to delivery. I can see we received everything we needed to offer delivery to you on the 5th July, with this taking place on the 2nd August. Once delivery is booked in, we don’t tend to be in touch outside of our general delivery guidance unless something changes. While we’re glad everything therefore ran smoothly, we’re sorry you felt we should have been in touch more than we were. The dealership delivering the car should have been in touch ahead of time, usually an hour or so before the car’s arrival, please let us know if this didn’t happen so we can follow it up with them. From start to finish the service I was offered was excellent. My vehicle was source really quickly and everyone was sport on with sorting the finance through to the delivery.

Efficient service
Mostly extremely good , but disappointed that a 50k car did not come with car mats !

The lease cost we achieve is based on the value of the package offered by the supplier, in this case without mats. But we will note your frustration and investigate ways to include mats as a cost option where they aren’t included as standard from the supplying dealership.
