My third time of car leasing.
I found the staff at Carparison always helpful and attentive. I found out later that I should have looked in greater detail at the vehicle specification.

Excellent lease provider
Felt a lot more personal than other lease providers I have used, having a named contact for the customer to speak to same person each time is a great idea. Car provided in exactly the timeframe promised.

Very good from initial inquiry to delivery. I was awkward and ordered in February but delivery wasn't until July. This wasn't an issue and the conversations I had with the Anthony in sales team were professional and nothing was too much for them. Lauren kept in regular contact until I specified a delivery date, who again was extremely professional and understanding of the situation. The delivery was seamless, the driver rang the night before and gave an estimated ETA and delivered slightly earlier than that. From start to finish, they have been great!
