Great straightforward customer service
The experience was seamless, really helpful and friendly advisers. I received my car within 2 weeks of completing the paperwork. The only thing I would say, and it isn't an issue, but it would have been nice to deal with the first person I had contact with through Caparison until the end. That's just my preference though.

Excellent car broker
I found Carparison via another website during my car search. All the team I spoke to were warm, friendly and professional. They answered my many questions with patience and care and the ordering process was online and efficient (one or two glitches but that was my phone). He car delivery had a last minute delay caused by the garage but again, Carparison customer team were quick with communications. I've had the car a few days now and it's a lovely drive just as I hoped.

My initial conversation was with Martyna, who demonstrated excellent knowledge of Carparison's products and services. I had already in mind the car I was interested in, and Martyna's warm and friendly approach gave me the confidence that she and her team would provide me with good service. Within no time, Lauren was assigned as my single point of contact, and she continued to provide the same high level of service in a professional and friendly manner throughout the remainder of my journey with Carparison. Leasing a car and acquiring the right products is a big decision and can be a huge financial commitment, and even during my moments of indecision and mind changing, Lauren demonstrated the patience of a saint and took the time to look at various options and solutions to meet my needs. I was kept up to date step by step, and I received prompt responses to my emails, providing detailed information regarding my queries. I had a specific date when I wanted to receive my car, and Lauren and her team were able to meet that timescale. Thank you all for making this an easy and pleasant experience. Loving the new car. Great Compnay to deal with
I tried another Leasing company first and they keep me waiting for three days to approve the credit and then the car had gone. I came to Carparison, they had my credit agreed in less than 12 hours, I had the car delivered under two weeks later. A great compnay to deal with, they keep you totally informed of everything along the way. 100%

First time leaser - impressed.
It was my first time leasing a car, so I was a little apprehensive. Carparison offered an excellent service from start to finsih, they responded quickly to my questions and explained the whole process step by step. Very impressed with both the price and the service provided.
