Leasing give it a try
The service was very good. The customer experience team were very helpful ana supportive. They fully explained the whole process and were quick to reply to anything questions we asked.

Good but some flaws
Minimal explanation from delivery driver ref car could only explain how to start the car and lock doors-would have expected more Small scratch on wing and door also but no area on acceptance form to highlight Otherwise very easy process from start to finish with a quick delivery date of 4 weeks

Also for receiving your Model 3 with some scratches, I have sent you an email to help you get this rectified with your local Tesla centre! A very professional company to deal with
Very helpful, kept me informed of progress on a regular basis. All the people I spoke to were very helpful, returned calls promtly when needed and kept me up to date at all times. The were always pleasant, courteous and very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great service from start to finish, including after service!
Great service from start to finish, including after service when I had some minor issues that needed remediating. Cian in particular has been very helpful. I will definitely look to come back to Carparison when my lease expires in a couple of years.

Thank you for your 3* feedback. I have reviewed your journey and can see you car was delivered in just 23 working days , from the point of the relevant paperwork being signed. I do apologise however for the 1 days interruption of your journey where there was a staff shortage for 24 hours and this caused a minor delay in an email being received, we pride ourselves on customer service and are always disappointed where we have caused bumps in an otherwise very smooth and timely journey. to your new vehicle which we know you'll love! Great choice!!

Carparison excellent service.
Overall the process was easy with respect to Carparison. The only negative was the issues processing the order with WVFS this led to some delays. Carparison kept me informed at all times of the issues with regular updates of the issues beyond their control. Delivery of the car went smoothly and I am very pleased overall woth how simple this was as it was my first time leasing

First class service. Simon handled everything from first contact to final delivery very professionally, kept in regular conract with delivery updates. Simon guaranteed delivery with 4 weeks and certainly kept his promise. Highly recommend Carparison if you need a new car leasing deal.

Generally fabulous
Generally great experience, Lauren was very helpful and somebody is always available on the phone. Couple of minor problems with the car still waiting to be sorted, but generally my whole experience has been excellent.
